OUR STORY
Located in the beautiful upstate New York city of Ithaca, Inso Bio is currently working to advance our technology and build our first product while housed within the Cornell University McGovern Center Incubator for Life Science Venture Development. Founded from technologies developed out of professor Harold Craighead’s research group at Cornell University, Inso Bio received funding from both the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) as well as the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) to develop platform tools for some of the most challenging applications in today’s genomic research.
Our founding team of PhD scientists have years of experience working closely together integrating our backgrounds in engineering, cellular biology, applied physics, and micro- & nano-science. Together, we are united by our dream to contribute towards the coming century of biotechnology and by our passion for building great products that solve growing and urgent needs.
